Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Good Company Bar Group (26 928 107 748) located at Level 1 265 Chapel Street Prahran 3181

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.‍

3. Competition Period

Entries open at 12:00pm AEDT on Friday 4:00pm and close at 12:00am AEDT on Saturday 3 April 2025.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Competition Period, complete the entry form with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Postcode
  • Their favourite Good Company venue
  • In 25 words or less, tell us why it’s your favourite

‍Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Game of Skill

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the question.

6. Judging and Prizes

Judging will take place at 1:00pm AEDT on Monday 28 April 2025.

Prizes:

  • 5 x $500 Good Company Bar Group Vouchers
  • 20 x $150 Good Company Bar Group Vouchers

The 25 most creative and original responses, as determined by the judging panel, will each win a voucher as above. Prize allocation will be at the judges’ discretion.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via email and/or mobile within 2 business days of judging.
Winners will not be contacted via instagram or any social media.

Winners will be announced on Good Company Bar Group Instagram

Vouchers will be delivered digitally or by post.

8. Voucher Conditions

Vouchers are valid for use at any Good Company Bar Group venue. Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced. Vouchers are not valid at Rossi on Friday or Saturday nights and during November and December across all venues.

9. Privacy

By entering, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of the competition and marketing purposes. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy https://www.gcbg.com.au/privacy-policy

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if required.
